Le présent marché est alloti et chaque lot est conclu à prix mixtes : une partie à prix forfaitaire et une partie à prix unitaires encadrée par un montant maximal. Le montant maximal de chaque lot est indiqué dans le présent avis et dans les actes d'engagement. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. La description des prestations est détaillée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La durée du marché est comprise entre la date de notification (la date indiquée dans le présent avis est donnée à titre indicatif), et la plus tardive des situations suivantes : levée de la dernière réserve ou notification de la transaction ou jugement définitif mettant fin au dernier litige avec le titulaire. La durée totale du contrat ne pourra excéder 48 mois.
