La présente consultation, lancée en procédure formalisée négociée, vise à mettre en place un accord-cadre à commandes, mono-attributaire, sans montant maximum et avec montant maximum de 1 500 000 €, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'accompagnement, de conseil et d'expertise en gestion d'actifs au profit de RATP Infrastructures. Ce marché vise à soutenir la montée en maturité du système de gestion d'actifs de RATP-I, à poursuivre le déploiement des méthodes et outils développés lors du premier cycle du programme Plan d'Excellence Asset Management (PEAM) et à accompagner les équipes dans l'atteinte des objectifs de performance opérationnelle, économique et environnementale. Les différents volets du PEAM peuvent se répartir en « build » et en « run » selon qu’il s’agisse d’activités globalement maîtrisées par RATP-I et matures (« run ») ou d’activités à construire/développer/enrichir et qui nécessitent un bon niveau d’expertise en gestion d’actifs (« build »). Le détail des prestations à réaliser par le Titulaire sont spécifiées dans le Cahier Des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) (cf. Annexe 2 de l’accord-cadre). L’accord-cadre sera attribué à un Titulaire. Le démarrage des prestations est fixé au mois de février 2027. La fourniture du CCTP, à compter de la publication du présent avis JOUE, sera soumise à la signature préalable d'un engagement de confidentialité sans réserve. Pour obtenir le cahier des charges, l’engagement de confidentialité devra être transmis via la messagerie Bravosolution.
