Summary

Machine-generated summary

EDF SA, acting for itself and on behalf of its subsidiary G2S (direct beneficiary), is procuring the supply and operational maintenance (MCO) of an NLU solution and conversational agents. The solution includes an agent analysing voice call transcripts, a chatbot analysing written conversations, a consultation interface, API integration with speech-to-text and text-to-speech telephony services, and generative AI features. Verbatims and labels can be extracted asynchronously for marketing and analysis. The solution is hosted and managed by the contractor. Maximum framework value is estimated at EUR 3.2 million; around 30 million queries per year for voice and 11 million for the chatbot. Subsidiary ENEDIS may join under conditions.
