Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Institute of Molecular Genetics in Berlin-Dahlem is procuring project management services covering project stages 1 to 5 under AHO (March 2020 edition), with partial services from project preparation through project completion and activity areas A to E, for refurbishment works to the existing Tower IV building. Staged commissioning of individual or several service stages is envisaged. The project involves a complete strip-out and reinstallation of Tower IV, leaving only the reinforced concrete structure and facade structure in place, followed by new facade installation, interior fit-out and full replacement of outdated building services across around 4,400 m2 gross floor area.
