Description

Es handelt sich um Projektsteuerungsleistungen zur Errichtung des KRH Klinikum Großburgwedel am südlichen Stadtrand von Burgwedel. Der Generalplaner steht nach einem umfangreichen Vergabeverfahren bereits fest. In dem hiesigen Vergabeverfahren werden die Leistungen der Projektsteuerung ausgeschrieben Bei dem Neubauprojekt handelt es sich um ein Förderprojekt des Landes Niedersachsen. Der Feststellungsbescheid über die Aufnahme in den Niedersächsischen Krankenhausplan datiert vom 12.12.2018 und weist eine Planbettenzahl mit Inbetriebnahme des Neubaus von 285 Betten aus. Die seitens des Landes Niedersachsen als voraussichtlich förderfähig erachteten Projektkosten betragen 220 Mio. EUR brutto, zzgl. GG (Großgeräte) und EE (Ersteinrichtung). Die prognostizierten, erwarteten Gesamtprojektkosten (Kostengruppen 200 bis 800) werden nach Abgabe des Förderantrags an das Land Niedersachsen (am Ende der Leistungsphase 3 nach HOAI) Vertragsbestandteil und sind als Kostenobergrenze einzuhalten. Das Baugrundstück, mit einer Größe von ca. 40.000 m², befindet sich im Eigentum der KRH Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH. Zwei weitere, an das Baugrundstück des KRH anschließende Grundstücksteile, befinden sich im Eigentum der Region Hannover und stehen für eine spätere, nach Fertigstellung des nun geplanten Neubaus eventuell notwendig werdende Erweiterung des Klinikums, zur Verfügung. Es werden die Projektsteuerungsleistungen gem. AHO-Heft Nr. 9, 5. Auflage (Stand: März 2020) für die Leistungsabschnitte 5 bis 9 ausgeschrieben, da bereits ein Generalplaner gefunden ist. Leistungsabschnitt 5 - Unterstützung des Generalplaners/der Planer bei der Vorbereitung der Vergabe an den/die Werkunternehmer und der Vergabe an den/die Werkunternehmer Leistungsabschnitt 6 - Baubegleitung Leistungsabschnitt 7 - Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme Leistungsabschnitt 8 - Projektabschluss Leistungsabschnitt 9 - Gewährleistungsverfolgung Weitere Teilleistungen und Einzelheiten können Sie der Anlage 1_GWB_260831_Leistungsabschnitte entnehmen.
