Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer, a public building management authority in North Rhine-Westphalia, is procuring quality control services for planning stages 1 to 3 for the replacement new building D at the Deutz Campus of Cologne University of Applied Sciences. The quality control covers the entire object planning, the specialist planning for technical equipment, and all construction execution services. Building D will provide around 13,118 sqm of usable floor space across floors 1 to 7 for the Faculty of Information, Media and Electrical Engineering, central workshops, university administration and the library archive. The building forms the eastern edge of the future central campus square and must be designed to be sustainable, economical and within budget.
