Description

Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist das Leistungsbild BIM-Management nach AHO (Implementierung und Koordination von BIM Prozessen im Bauprojekt und Qualitätskontrolle der BIM-Prozesse.) für die Modernisierung des Hörsaalgebäudes der Deutschen Sporthochschule in Köln. Ziel ist die planerische und bauliche Umsetzung der Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen u.a. aus Geldern des Hochschulkonsolidierungprogramms (HKOP). Der zu sanierende Hörsaaltrakt befindet sich auf dem Gelände des Campus der Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln in zentraler Lage, er wurde 1963 errichtet. Der Kernbereich der Hochschule, zu dem das Hörsaalgebäude gehört, wurde 2017 unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Der Hörsaaltrakt besteht aus zwei Untergeschossen, einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss. Das Gebäude erfüllt, unter anderem, nicht mehr die Nutzeranforderungen an ein modernes Hörsaalgebäude, weder in Technik noch in Ausstattung. Daher soll das Gebäude entsprechend der Nutzersoll-Vereinbarung saniert werden. Der Flä-chenbedarf der verschiedenen universitären Nutzungen wird im Hörsaalgebäude nicht verän-dert. Die energetische Sanierung nach KFW 55 Standard/ BNB Silber Zertifizierung wird für das gesamte Gebäude angestrebt .
