Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt bei insgesamt 36 Bushaltestellen und 67 Haltekanten in Bergisch Gladbach eine vollständige Barrierefreiheit gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen und technischen Anforderungen herzustellen. Gegenstand der hiesigen Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Generalplanungsleistungen für den barrierefreien Ausbau der Bushaltestellen sowie Haltekanten. Für die Maßnahme sollen Fördermittel nach Maßgabe der ÖPNV-Invest-RL des Zweckverbandes go.Rheinland in Anspruch genommen werden. Zu den Aufgaben des AN gehört es daher insbesondere bei der Beschaffung der Fördermittel sowie der Erstellung des Verwendungsnachweises mitzuwirken. Die Beauftragung des Auftragnehmers erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Der Auftraggeber wird den Auftragnehmer zunächst mit der Erbringung der Leistungsstufe 1 beauftragen. Diese umfasst die Grundleistungen sowie auch besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 - 4. Die Leistungsphase 3 muss bis zum 31.07.2027 und die Leistungsphase 4 muss bis zum 31.09.2027 abgeschlossen sein. Die Stufen 2 (LPH 5-7) sowie 3 (LPH 8-9) werden optional beauftragt und setzen den Erhalt des Zuwendungsbescheides bzw. die Gestattung des vorzeitigen Maßnahmebeginns voraus. Einzelheiten zum Auftragsgegenstand können der beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung entnommen werden.
