Description

KGS Buschdorf - TGA Planungsleistungen Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung für den Neubau und Umbau der Grundschule KGS Buschdorf. Die Leistungen werden in zwei Losen vergeben: Los 1: Technische Ausrüstung gem. § 55 HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3, 7 und 8 gem. § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI Los 2: Technische Ausrüstung gem. § 55 HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 4 bis 5 gem. § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI Bei der KGS Buschdorf handelt es sich um eine zweizügige Grundschule, bei der zurzeit 200 Schülerinnen und Schüler unterrichtet werden. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung zusätzlicher Raumkapazitäten zur Sicherstellung des Rechtsanspruchs auf einen OGS-Platz ab dem 01.08.2026 sowie die funktionale und bauliche Weiterentwicklung des Schulstandorts. Hierzu sind Maßnahmen im Be-stand als auch ein Erweiterungsbau erforderlich. Das Schulamt gibt dafür ein Raumprogramm vor, in dem die erforderlichen Räume und ihre Größen angegeben sind. Eine Erhöhung der Zügigkeit wird nicht angestrebt. Weitere Details sind der beiliegenden Projektbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Durch das Vergabeverfahren soll ein bzw. zwei Planungsbüro gefunden werden, das die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: Los 1: Grundleistungen sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen der LPH 1 bis 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI Technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 und 7, 8 gem. § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI Los 2: Grundleistungen sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen der LPH 1 bis 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI Technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 4 bis 5 gem. § 53 Abs.2 HOAI. Es ist vorgesehen die Leistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
