Summary

Machine-generated summary

Germany is procuring a research and development service in the building construction sector under the Zukunft Bau programme. The project aims to reuse existing public sector construction data to meet legal requirements, reduce any additional reporting burdens to a minimum and identify new uses for the information. Part one analyses existing public construction data sources at federal, state and municipal level, defining what counts as construction data, cataloguing available datasets by format, structure, accessibility and machine usability, and producing a digitally usable data catalogue. Part two develops a structured methodology for automatically extracting technical reporting obligations from legislation and regulation and linking them to existing data sources via APIs, without creating a new database.

Description

Based on 10 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.

As the official award notices state them, over the last 3 years. Tenders per lot count open and restricted procedures only: in a negotiated procedure or a direct award a single tender is the procedure itself. The country is the one the notice gives for the winner.

One dot per award, on the day it was signed, sized by its value. A ring is an award with no published value.
