Summary

Machine-generated summary

A German public buyer is procuring research and development services and related consultancy to investigate roadside hazard potentials and protective devices. The work focuses on hazard points such as sign posts, non-deformable structural elements, and ascending embankments, as well as add-on devices and connection pieces for vehicle restraint systems. The core task involves systematic crash tests to improve the classification of hazards under current guidelines. The results will support the ongoing revision of road safety guidelines.
