Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Villingen-Schwenningen is procuring specialist planning services for heating, ventilation, sanitation and measurement, control and regulation (building services and MSR planning) in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the conversion and renovation of the former Roessle site in Schwenningen town centre. The existing building has been vacant for several years and is to be revitalised. Object planning is carried out directly by the town. The project is expected to be implemented in stages over an assumed six-year period, with stages not yet defined. Planning uses BIM, requires familiarisation with existing installations and review of the existing systems. From performance phase 3, further award and realisation will be decided. The procedure is a two-stage European negotiation procedure under VgV: stage 1 prequalification, stage 2 negotiation.

Das Bestandsgebäude ist derzeit leerstehend. Die Objektplanung erfolgt direkt über die Stadt Villingen-Schwenningen. Nach aktueller Einschätzung wird das Projekt in Abschnitten umgesetzt.
