The municipality of Renquishausen is procuring structural design services (HOAI Part 4, Section 1, §51 ff., service phases 1-6) for a new four-group kindergarten to be built as a timber-hybrid structure in the village centre, next to the community centre. The two-storey new building sits on a sloping site, offers ground-level access on both floors and connects via a single-storey linking building with roof terrace to the existing community hall. Former school rooms in the community centre will be used by the kindergarten and fire brigade. Object planning for the building and outdoor facilities has already been awarded. Phases 1-4 will be commissioned first, then phases 5-6, plus object monitoring as a special service.
