Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Villingen-Schwenningen intends to redevelop the former Rössle site in the Schwenningen town centre. The existing building has been vacant for years and no longer meets modern, sustainable inner-city requirements. Object planning is handled directly by the city. The project will be implemented in stages over an assumed preliminary period of six years. This tender covers specialist fire protection planning services under AHO, awarded EU-wide via a negotiated procedure under VgV with a prequalification stage. Services include planning with BIM, working through existing planning documents and checking existing systems and lines. Commissioning depends on funding and financial viability, with further award decided from design phase 3 onwards.
