Zu bearbeiten sind die Anlagengruppen nach HOAI 4,5,6, mit Leistungen für Neu-, Erweiterungs-, Umbauten, Modernisierungen, Instandsetzungen u. Instandhaltungen. Es wird ein fachkundiges, mit dem Bauen im Bestand vertrautes und im Umgang mit hochtechnisierten Gebäuden erfahrenes Ausschreibung für eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Fachplanung AG 4,5,6 mit Leistungen für Neu-, Erweiterungs-, Umbauten, Modernisierungen, Instandsetzungen u. Instandhaltungen. Es wird ein fachkundiges, mit dem Bauen im Bestand vertrautes und im Umgang mit hochtechnisierten Gebäuden erfahrenes Planungsbüro gesucht. Der überwiegende Anteil der Baumaßnahmen wird im Bestand und im laufenden Betrieb durchgeführt. Die Bestandsgebäude mit den techn. Anlagen sind unterschiedlichen Alters, in der Regel Sonderbauten und werden als Forschungseinrichtungen, Laborgebäude und Bürogebäude genutzt. Abbrufberechtigt für die Vertragsdauer sind die Fraunhofer-Institute der Region 20_02, die mit unter folgende Standorte/ Ausführungsorte umfasst: Freiburg Neue Institute oder Institutsteile, die geografisch der Region zugeordnet werden, können ebenfalls Leistungen aus dem Rahmenvertrag abrufen. Vertrag: Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Durchführung von Bauplanungsleistungen im Bereich >Fachplanung ELT<, Gesamtkosten KG 200-700 (ohne Erstausstattung) je Abruf max. 999.999,00 € netto (ohne Mehrwertsteuer). Festpreisvertrag! Honorar gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 2-4 und 5-8 HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Honorarzone (§55 HOAI): 1,2 und 3, Honorarsatz (§55 HOAI): Basishonorarsatz Vertragslaufzeit: Grundlaufzeit: 2 Jahre Optionale Verlängerung 1 x 2 Jahre Auftragsvolumen: Das maximale Auftragsvolumen für alle Einzelabrufe (kumuliert) beträgt EUR 600.000 € zuzüglich gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer. Die Gültigkeit der Rahmenvereinbarung endet mit Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit oder mit Erreichen des maximalen Auftragsvolumens. Es gilt das früher eintretende Ereignis. Höhe der Nebenkosten: gem. RIFT-Bund in aktuellster Fassung Umbauzuschlag: Der Umbauzuschlag berechnet sich gem. AHO Schriftenreihe "HOAI - Planen und Bauen im Bestand" in der aktuellsten Fassung Die mitzuverarbeitende Bausubstanz wird wie folgt vergütet: die mitzuverarbeitende Bausubstanz ist in Form eines erhöhten Umbauzuschlag bereits berücksichtigt und damit abgegolten.
