Description

Freianlagenplanung für den Neubau der Feuerwehr Schenklengsfeld Die Gemeinde Schenklengsfeld beabsichtigt ein neues Feuerwehrhaus zu errichten. Dabei sollen die Ortsteilwehren künftig an einem zentralen Standort in Schenklengsfeld zusammengelegt werden. Die Gemeinde hatte zu diesem Zweck bereits zwei Konzeptstudien in Auftrag gegeben. Ursprünglich war geplant gewesen, den Neubau in das Gelände des Bauhofs zu integrieren, was sich aber als undurchführbar erwies. Im Zuge einer weiteren Konzeptstudie wurde ein geeignetes Baugrundstück gesucht und auch gefunden. Es liegt unweit des jetzigen Standorts am Ende der Bahnhofstraße mit direkter Anbindung an die Umgehungsstraße L 3172. Die Konzeptstudie beschränkte sich dabei auf eine grundsätzliche Umsetzbarkeit eines Mindestraumprogramms und enthält noch keine belastbare Kostenschätzung. Da der Gemeinde umfangreiche öffentliche Fördermittel in Aussicht gestellt wurden, ist nach Auskunft der Förderbehörde jedoch eine belastbare Grundrissplanung und Kostenschätzung erforderlich. Diese Unterlagen wurden mit der Ausschreibung der Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 der Planungsleistungen Gebäude und Innenräume in Auftrag gegeben. Mit vorliegender Vergabe sollen nun die Freianlagenplanung für den Neubau ausgeschrieben und vergeben werden, wobei die Leistungen stufenweise abgerufen werden sollen.
