Description

Die Grund- und Mittelschule Gaustadt in Bamberg soll zur Sicherstellung des Rechtsanspruchs auf Ganztagesbetreuung umgebaut und an die aktuellen Anforderungen des Schulbetriebs angepasst werden. Hierfür sind zusätzliche Räume für die offene Ganztagsbetreuung sowie eine Erweiterung der bestehenden Mensa vorgesehen. Gegenstand der Planung ist die Schaffung von ca. 180 m² Nutzfläche für die offene Ganztagsbetreuung mit rund 60 Betreuungsplätzen einschließlich Büro-, Elternsprech- und Differenzierungsräumen. Darüber hinaus soll die bestehende Mensa im Erdgeschoss von derzeit ca. 74 m² auf etwa 130 m² erweitert werden, um die Mittagsverpflegung für künftig bis zu ca. 126 Personen sicherzustellen. Nach aktuellem Planungskonzept kann die Flächenschaffung überwiegend durch den Ausbau des westlichen Dachgeschossbereichs des bestehenden Schulgebäudes, insbesondere der derzeit ungenutzten Hausmeisterwohnung sowie weiterer Dachbodenflächen erfolgen. Zur Gewährleistung des ersten und zweiten baulichen Rettungsweges sind u. a. ergänzende Maßnahmen im östlichen Dachgeschossbereich zu berücksichtigen. Auf die Errichtung von Außentreppen soll nach Möglichkeit verzichtet werden. Die Erweiterung der Mensa erfordert Eingriffe in den Gebäudebestand im Erdgeschoss. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen hinsichtlich der weitgehenden Barrierefreiheit, der Einhaltung arbeitsschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben, der schulbaulichen Sicherheitsanforderungen sowie der Umsetzung der Maßnahmen bei laufendem Schulbetrieb. Die Maßnahme soll mit Fördermitteln des Freistaats Bayern nach Art. 10 FAG finanziert werden. Die Meilensteine zur Umsetzung des Projekts sehen vor: - Leistungsbeginn: 2. Quartal 2027 - Baubeginn: 2. Quartal 2028 - Fertigstellung: 2. Quartal 2029 Der derzeitige Kostenrahmen beträgt für die Kostengruppen 300 und 400 rund 1,90 Mio. EUR brutto sowie für die Freianlagen der KG 500 rund 67.000 EUR brutto. Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen zu beauftragen: Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI inkl. Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß §§ 38 ff. HOAI Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Zunächst werden in der 1. Beauftragungsstufe die Leistungsphase 1+2 gemäß § 33+38 HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen 3-9 werden stufenweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
