Summary

Machine-generated summary

Dresden Municipal Hospital (Städtisches Klinikum Dresden) plans to renovate the central park at its Friedrichstadt site. The listed park is of historical importance and particularly protected, so the buyer wants to adapt it to usage conditions and climate change. The funded project aims to preserve the existing park, remedy structural and ecological deficits, and unlock potential for climate adaptation, accessibility and quality of stay. The contract covers open space planning for cost group 500 in service phases 1 to 8 in line with § 39 HOAI 2021, awarded step by step. Further specialist planning services, such as infrastructure and civil engineering, are awarded in parallel, so a uniform project start is expected. Funding comes from the City of Dresden's own resources and federal grants, whose cost requirements and content must be observed.
