Summary

Machine-generated summary

Landscape architecture services are being procured for the construction of a new day care centre for children with a dining hall in Zeitlofs, on plots 562 and 764, covering about 7,100 m2 of a former railway site. The dining rooms will be shared with the nearby primary school, about 50 m away, requiring a footpath connection. The outdoor facilities comprise two parts: the play area around the kindergarten and public grounds along the path to the school. The site borders Raiffeisenstrasse to the north and the 'Rhoenexpress Bahn-Radweg' cycle path to the south. The facility is planned for two regular kindergarten and three toddler groups. Evaluation criteria include functionality, cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, low maintenance costs, durability and simple technical installations, with a photovoltaic system foreseen.
