Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the state enterprise Saechsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement, procures open space planning services for the South Campus of the Technical University Dresden. The task is to implement the provisions of development plan 393 of the City of Dresden in the design of the 'Green Belt', including connection areas, preserving existing large trees and natural green areas, and creating ecologically sound planting linked to the South Park. The site has difficult topography, rainwater and groundwater management needs, and complex soil conditions. The design must implement compensation balance requirements and a climate assessment, with coordination with parties of the parallel South Park plan and the City of Dresden.
