Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR), acting for the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), is commissioning an extended feasibility study to draw up an overall development concept for the main BMWE property in Berlin. The site contains seven buildings from different eras, including listed buildings of the former Kaiser Wilhelm Academy (1905 to 1910) around the Goercke Courtyard and the listed side wings of the former Invalid House from 1747, completed by building G erected between 1996 and 2000. The services include determining the overall condition, locating space requirements possibly with a structural addition, and a study on maximum use of floor area. The buildings are used as offices, conference centre, library and special areas.

Description

- BGF/ NGF: ca. 109.000 m² BGF / 58.600 m² NGF - Projektdauer: ca. 12 Monate 2. Gegenstand des Auftrages - Leistungsbereich: Vorprojektphase - Leistungsbild: Erweiterte Machbarkeitsstudie zur Erstellung eines Gesamtentwicklungskonzeptes, das u.a. folgenden Themen umfasst: Objektplanung, Denkmalschutz, Technische Ausrüstung mit Anlagengruppen 1-8, Energieberatung, Freiraumplanung/Außenanlagenplanung, Bauphysik, Tragwerksplanung/Statik, baulicher und anlagentechnischer Brandschutz, Barrierefreiheit - Beginn/Ende der Leistungserbringung: voraussichtlich 1.
