Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe contracting authority in Germany is procuring a framework agreement for the review, in monetary terms, of additional cost claims (variation order amounts). The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers construction works related claims, and Lot 2 covers claims relating to architectural and engineering services. The contract title indicates a framework agreement procedure. Small businesses specialised in construction, architecture or engineering cost review services may bid for one or both lots.
