Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine herstellerneutrale Logistikplanung für den Krankenhausneubau am Standort Nordstadt Singen (kurz: Krankenhausneubau GLKN). Das Klinikum soll als Neubau mit allen Stationsbereichen, den notwendigen stationsnahen Funktionen sowie den weiteren Bereichen auf einem festgelegten Areal am Standort Nordstadt Singen entstehen. Im Neubau sollen auf insgesamt rund 44.000 m² Nutzfläche etwa 450 stationäre Betten und aktuell mindestens neun festgelegte Fachrichtungen abgebildet werden. Näheres zum Projekt finden Sie in der beigefügten Projektbeschreibung. Ziel ist zunächst ein belastbares, nutzerabgestimmtes Konzept für den Warenumschlag sowie die Lagerung und den Transport sämtlicher Güter. Das Betriebsorganisationskonzept und das Funktions- und Raumprogramm bilden die Planungsgrundlage. Benötigt werden Leistungen in folgenden Stufen: - Stufe I Planung (LPH 1-2 HOAI) - Stufe II Ausschreibung und Vergabe Baupartner - Stufe III Qualitätssicherung Mit dem Zuschlag sind zunächst die Leistungen nach Stufe I beauftragt. Die Leistungen der Stufen II und III können später im Sinne eines Stufenvertrags ganz oder teilweise abgerufen werden.
