Summary

Machine-generated summary

Design and planning services for the technical building equipment of a conversion project in Buergewald, Germany. The former Catholic parish church St. Lambertus, together with the adjoining rectory, parish hall and mourning hall and surrounding outdoor areas, is being converted into a new village community centre of about 1,360 m2 gross floor area across five mostly single-storey buildings with partial basements. Future uses include an assembly room for about 150 people, a village kitchen meeting point, a pavilion with multifunctional rooms, a workshop hall and a village sauna. The contract covers HOAI (2021) service phases 1 to 9 in systems groups 1 to 8, commissioned in stages (phases 1-5 first, 6-9 optionally), plus special services such as room book maintenance, duct planning for prefabricated timber elements, energy monitoring and operation optimisation, aiming at climate-neutral, fossil-free operation.
