Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city of Dueren is procuring public relations and neighbourhood management services for the North Dueren redevelopment area from 2027. The service supports a model project on problem properties funded by urban development grants in North Rhine-Westphalia, centred on a model house to be refurbished. The provider will carry out encouraging public relations work, accompany renovation processes with media coverage, organise information events, forums and exchanges for property owners and investors, and run image campaigns and art actions to promote North Dueren locally, regionally and beyond as an attractive residential and creative location.
