Description

Hankinnan kohteena on kuurojen ja viittomakielisten totuus- ja sovintoprosessin psykososiaalinen tuki totuus- ja sovintoprosessin ajaksi. Tarkoituksena on järjestää psykososiaalista tukea koko maassa suomeksi, ruotsiksi sekä suomalaisella että suomenruotsalaisella viittomakielellä. Eri tasoista psykososiaalista tukea pyritään järjestämään tarpeen mukaan, mm. matalan kynnyksen keskusteluapua ja omahoito-ohjeita, psykoterapeutin vastaanottoa, vertaistukea sekä haastavissa tilanteissa palvelukeskusjakso. Vaativimmissa tilanteissa henkilö voidaan ohjata hyvinvointialueiden psykiatristen palveluiden piiriin. Tarvittavan psykososiaalisen tuen laatu ja määrä eivät ole tarkasti selvillä hankkeen alkaessa, joten hanke on pyritty rakentamaan joustavasti hankkeen aikana ilmeneviä tarpeita mukailevaksi. Edellä mainittua palvelua hankintaan ajalle 1.1.2026-31.12.2027.
