Hankinnan kohteena on poliisin avuksi asetetun yksityisistä turvallisuuspalveluista (1085/2015) annetun lain § 28 mukainen järjestyksenvalvontapalvelu Jyväskylän kaupungin ydinkeskustan alueelle. Järjestyksenvalvojapalvelun tarkoituksena on järjestyksen ja turvallisuuden ylläpitäminen sekä rikosten ja onnettomuuksien estäminen tilaajan ja toimeksiantajien (mm. keskustassa toimivat kauppakeskukset, liikenneasemat ja terveyden- tai sosiaalihuollon toimipisteet) kanssa sovituilla järjestyksenvalvonta-alueilla Jyväskylän ydinkeskustassa. Järjestyksenvalvojien on tarvittaessa ryhdyttävä lain (Laki yksityisistä turvallisuuspalveluista 1085/2015) sallimissa rajoissa toimenpiteisiin järjestyksen ja turvallisuuden palauttamiseksi. Tavoite palvelun aloitukselle on 2.6.2026 mennessä. Sopimus on voimassa 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus jatkaa 1 + 1 vuoden optiokausille. MUUTOKSET TARJOUSPYYNTÖÖN Keskeisten sopimusehtojen kohtaan 16.3 seuraava muutos sovellettavaan vartiointialan työehtosopimuksen: Toimittaja lisää tuntihintaan kulloinkin voimassa olevan vartiointialan työehtosopimuksen mukaiset työaikaan liittyvät lisät, pois lukien ylityölisät. Hankinnan kohteen kriteereissä positioissa 1 ja 2 kriteeri Järjestyksenvalvojan lisävoimankäyttökoulutus (1 piste, jos kyllä) on muutettu valinnasta "valinta vaaditaan" vaatimukseksi "kyllä vaaditaan". Pisteytys kyllä-vastaukselle on säilytetty ennallaan. Hankinnan kohteen kriteereissä positiossa 1 ja 2 kriteeri Nuorisoon kohdistuva koulutus, esimerkiksi Noja- tai sitä vastaava koulutus (1 piste, jos kyllä) on korjattu muotoon "valinta vaaditaan".
