Description

Tämän hankinnan kohteena ovat VTT:n rekrytointiprosessia tukevat suorahakupalvelut. Palveluilla tuetaan VTT:n vaativia rekrytointiprosesseja Suomessa ja myös kansainvälisesti (rekrytoinnit ulkomailta Suomeen). Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osakokonaisuuteen: 1. Ylemmän johdon suorahakupalvelut (osakokonaisuus 1) 2. Kevytsuorahaku (osakokonaisuus 2) Ehdokas voi jättää osallistumishakemuksensa yhteen tai molempiin osakokonaisuuksiin. Toimittajan toteuttaman palvelun avulla VTT:n on mahdollista löytää avoimeen työtehtävään motivoitunut ja ammattitaitoinen henkilö tai henkilöitä (osakokonaisuus 1) tai kiinnostuneita ja ammattitaitoisia henkilöitä VTT:n itse toteuttamaan rekrytointiprosessiin (osakokonaisuus 2). Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Osakokonaisuudessa 1 hankinnan kohteena on VTT:n ylimmän johdon, tyypillisesti johtoryhmän jäsenien ja muiden johtajien suorahakupalvelut. Johtoryhmätason tehtävillä tarkoitetaan esimerkiksi Executive Vice President (EVP), Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) tai muita vastaavan vaatimus- ja vastuullisuustason tehtäviä. Muiden johtajien tehtävillä tarkoitetaan johtoryhmätason henkilölle suoraan raportoiva henkilö (esim. VP-tason roolit). Tarjouskilpailun tavoitteena on löytää ammattimaiset sopimuskumppanit rekrytointiprosessia tukevien suorahakupalveluiden korkealaatuiseen toteuttamiseen. VTT valitsee sopimuskumppaniksi osakokonaisuuteen 1 neljä (4) toimittajaa. Sama toimittaja voi valikoitua hankinnan osakokonaisuuteen 1 ja osakokonaisuuteen 2. Kilpailutuksella etsitään palveluiden toimittajia kahden (2) vuoden sopimuskaudelle. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen VTT:llä on optio jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa kahdella vuodella yksi vuosi kerrallaan (1+1). Tavoitteena on, että sopimukset tulevat voimaan ja palvelutoiminta alkaa helmi-maaliskuussa 2027. Osakokonaisuuden 1 ”Ylemmän johdon suorahakupalvelut” hankinnan ennakoitu enimmäisarvo sopimuskautena on 400 000 euroa. Enimmäisarvo sopimuskautena tarkoittaa osakokonaisuuden 1 kokonaisostoja yhteensä kaikilta puitesopimustoimittajilta. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.; Osakokonaisuudessa 2 hankinnan kohteena on tyypillisesti VTT:n keskijohdon ja asiantuntijoiden rekrytoinnin tuki ehdokaskartoituksessa ja kontaktoinnissa eli ns. kevytsuorahaku. Palveluun kuuluu ehdokasmarkkinakartoitus, ehdokkaiden kontaktointi ja puhelinhaastattelut, hakijoiden esittely VTT:n palkkaavalle esihenkilölle ja rekrytointivastaavalle sekä hylkäyspuhelut. Tarjouskilpailun tavoitteena on löytää ammattimaiset sopimuskumppanit rekrytointiprosessia tukevien suorahakupalveluiden korkealaatuiseen toteuttamiseen. VTT valitsee sopimuskumppaniksi osakokonaisuuteen 2 kolme (3) toimittajaa. Sama toimittaja voi valikoitua hankinnan osakokonaisuuteen 1 ja osakokonaisuuteen 2. Kilpailutuksella etsitään palveluiden toimittajia kahden (2) vuoden sopimuskaudelle. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen VTT:llä on optio jatkaa sopimuksen voimassaoloa kahdella vuodella yksi vuosi kerrallaan (1+1).
