Description

Puitejärjestelyn hankinnan kohteena ovat laaja-alaiset IT-asiantuntijapalvelut, joilla tuetaan KEHA-keskuksen erilaajuisia IT-asiantuntijapalvelutarpeita. Hankintaan kuuluu neljä (4) osa-aluetta: Osa-alue A: Tietovarantopalvelut ja integraatiot (valitaan 3 toimittajaa) Osa-alue B: Tuotealustat ja ratkaisut (valitaan 3 toimittajaa) Osa-alue C: Avustus-, maksatus- ja korvausprosessien digitalisointi (valitaan 3 toimittajaa) Osa-alue D: Uudet sovellus-, palvelu-, ja tekoäly -kehitysalustat (valitaan 4 toimittajaa) Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen, useampaan tai kaikkiin osa-alueisiin. Hankittavat asiantuntijapalvelut liittyvät erilaisten tietojärjestelmien, sovellusten, tuotteiden ja ratkaisujen määrittelyyn, kehittämiseen, toteuttamiseen, jatkokehittämiseen, ylläpitoon sekä laadun- ja tietoturvallisuuden varmistamiseen. Palvelut voivat kohdistua määrämittaisiin projekteihin ja toistaiseksi jatkuvaan palvelutarpeeseen. Liitteessä 3.2 KEHA-keskuksen toimintaympäristö on avattu puitejärjestelyn piirissä olevaa toimintakenttää ja kerrottu hankinnan kohteen kuvaus pääpiirteissään. Hankinnan monitoimittajayhteistyömallia on kuvattu liitteessä 3.1 Yhteistyö- ja toimintamalli sekä Puitesopimuksen osa-aluekohtaisessa kohteen kuvauksessa liite 4.1. Tarkempia kuvauksia osa-aluekohtaisista palveluista löytyy liitteen 4.1 alaliitteiltä. Liitteessä 5.3.1 on Jatkuvan ylläpitovaiheen kuvaus. KEHA-keskuksen palvelut perustuvat tietoturvalliseen toimintatapaan. Puitesopimuksen sopimusliitteenä 1 on Turvallisuussopimus, joka velvoittaa toimittajaa tietoteknisen turvallisuuden ja tietosuojan hallinnoinnissa. Kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 4.1.
