Description

Diakonia-ammattikorkeakoulu Oy pyytää tarjoustanne Ateriapalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnassa on kyse julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016, hankintalaki) 13 luvun mukaisesta palvelun käyttöoikeussopimuksesta. Käyttöoikeussopimuksen ennakoitu arvo on laskettu hankintalain 28 § mukaisesti. Perusteena käyttöoikeussopimuksen ennakoidun arvon laskennassa hankintayksikkö on käyttänyt arviota sopimuksen voimassaoloaikana tuottamasta liikevaihdosta valittavalle toimittajalle ilman arvonlisäveroa sekä muita mainitun lainkohdan mukaan käyttöoikeussopimuksen ennakoidun arvon laskennassa huomioitavia seikkoja. Ennakoitu arvo on laskettu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä kuvatun mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö valitsee dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan sopimuskaudeksi ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa asiakaskohtaisen hankintasopimuksen, joka perustuu sopimukseen dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään osallistumisesta. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää asiakaskohtaisen hankintasopimuksen ehtojen huomioon ottamista ja hyväksymistä. Hankittavien palveluiden sisältö ja hankinnan laajuus on määritelty tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteissä Liite 1 Ravintolakohteen perustiedot, liite 2 Palvelu- ja laatukuvaus opiskelija ja henkilöstölounas, Liite 4 Hankinnan kohde kuumajuoma-automaatit, Liite 3 Palvelu ja laatukuvaus kokous, edustus ja tilaustarjoilu, Liite 12 Elintarvikkeisiin liittyvät vastuullisuusvaatimukset ja liite 13 Vastuunjakotaulukko.
