Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Tilaajalle toimitettava kokonaispalvelu, joka sisältää vuokra-asuntotoimintaan tarkoitetun toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän sekä siihen liittyvät käyttöönotto-, ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut. Järjestelmä toteutetaan ensisijaisesti ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS). Hankinnan tavoitteena on ottaa käyttöön järjestelmä, joka tukee Tilaajan vuokra-asuntotoiminnan keskeisiä prosesseja, kuten hakemusten käsittelyä, asukasvalintaa, sopimushallintaa, laskutusta ja asiakasviestintää, sekä parantaa toiminnan tehokkuutta, läpinäkyvyyttä ja automatisointia. Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa sähköinen asiointi, tietojen keskitetty hallinta sekä integraatiot Tilaajan muihin keskeisiin järjestelmiin. Lisäksi järjestelmän tulee tukea toiminnan jatkuvaa kehittämistä sekä mahdollistaa edistyneiden toiminnallisuuksien, kuten automaation ja tekoälyn, hyödyntäminen Tilaajan tarpeiden mukaisesti. Hankintaan sisältyy: - järjestelmän käyttöönotto projektiluonteisena toimituksena, - järjestelmän jatkuva käyttö ohjelmistopalveluna, - järjestelmän ylläpito, päivitykset ja tukipalvelut, sekä - hankintaan liittyvät mahdolliset lisäpalvelut ja integraatiot tarjouspyynnössä tarkemmin kuvatulla tavalla. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on 520 000 euroa, perustuen neljän (4) vuoden laskennalliseen tarkastelujaksoon sekä arvioituun sovellusvuokraan ja transaktioperusteisten palveluiden käyttöön. Hankintasopimus solmitaan toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, eikä edellä mainittu neljän (4) vuoden tarkastelujakso rajoita sopimuksen voimassaoloa.
