Salon kaupunki (jäljempänä hankintayksikkö/tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia rekrytointijärjestelmän hankinnasta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on selainkäyttöinen rekrytointijärjestelmä valmisratkaisuna ja ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS) Salon kaupungille rekrytointiprosessin sekä sijaisvälityksen hallintaan ja koordinointiin. Valmisratkaisulla haetaan nopeasti käyttöönotettavaa ja jatkuvasti toimittajan puolesta kehittyvää ohjelmistopalvelua. Hankinta koostuu seuraavista pääkokonaisuuksista: • Rekrytointijärjestelmä • Sijaisrekrytointijärjestelmä • Käyttöönottoprojekti, ml. pääkäyttäjien koulutukset & testaussuunnitelma • Tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut • Koulutuskannan käyttömahdollisuus • Integraatiomahdollisuudet Tavoitteena on saada kaupungille luotettava ja käyttäjäystävällinen rekrytointijärjestelmä. Järjestelmän tulee tarjota myös sijaisten hallintaan ja koordinointiin käyttäjäystävällinen ja mahdollisimman automatisoitu alusta. Tavoitteena on selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen työkalu koko organisaation käyttöön. Järjestelmän tulee olla ajantasainen ja uudistuva. Järjestelmään tulee sisältyä ohjelmantoimittajan tukipalvelut ja mahdollisten uusien ominaisuuksien perehdytykset käyttäjille. Lisäksi järjestelmässä tulee olla hyvät ja tehokkaat raportointi- ja analytiikkaominaisuudet. Sopimuskauden on tarkoitus alkaa helmikuusta 2028. Sopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevana sopimuksena, jossa on kuuden kuukauden irtisanomisaika molemmin puolin. Hankinnan kohteen eli rekrytointijärjestelmän vaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
