Description

Hankinnan kohteena on sisäisen laskennan ja talousohjauksen ohjelma SaaS-palveluna (EPM - Enterprise Performance Management). Hankinnan kohteena oleva sisäisen laskennan ja talousohjauksen ohjelma hankitaan ohjelmistopalveluna, tarkoittaen, että ohjelma tarjotaan tarjoajan hallinnoimasta ympäristöstä siten, että Tilaajan vastuulla ovat vain ohjelmistopalveluun yhteyden saamiseksi tarvittavat laitteet, ohjelmistot ja tietoliikenneyhteydet. Hankinnan kohteena oleva sisäisen laskennan ja talousohjauksen ohjelma (jatkossa sisäinen laskentaohjelma) tulee tuottaa organisaation talouden suunnittelua ja ennustamista, sisäisiä laskentasääntöjä, seurantaa ja raportointia. Sisäisen laskentaohjelman tulee mahdollistaa tehokas, tietoturvallinen ja automatisoitu tiedonhallinta sekä analytiikka organisaation sisällä. Sisäisen laskentaohjelman tulee yhdessä ulkoisen laskentaohjelman (kirjanpito, taloushallinto) kanssa muodostaa kokonaisuus ja varmistaa lakisääteisten raportointivaatimusten täyttymisen. Ulkoinen laskenta ei ole tämän hankinnan kohteena. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 24 kuukautta sopimuksen allekirjoituspäivämäärästä lukien ja sen jälkeen toistaiseksi.
