Description

Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut pyytää antamaan tarjouksen ammattikeittiölaitteiden, ammattipesukoneiden ja siivouksessa käytettävien laitteiden huoltotöistä tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti sopimuskaudelle 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2029 + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Sopimus jatkuu yhdellä (1) vuodella ajalle 01.05.2029 - 30.04.2030, ellei Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut irtisano sopimusta päättymään sopimuskauden loppuun. Jos sopimus irtisanotaan, se tehdään viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä kirjallisesti. Mikäli sopimus jatkuu, sovelletaan optiokaudella hankintasopimusta entisin ehdoin, sen mukaisesti kuin ne ovat voimassa sopimuskauden päättyessä. Tarjouksen jättäessään ja allekirjoittaessaan hankintasopimuksen sopimustoimittaja sitoutuu omalta osaltaan siihen, että sopimus jatkuu mainitun määräajan, mikäli Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut niin haluaa. Sopimuksessa ovat mukana seuraavat tahot: - Enonkosken kunta - Itä-Savon Koulutuskuntayhtymä - Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy - Savonlinnan kaupunki - Savonlinnasali Oy Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Osa-alue sisältää huoltopalvelut Savonlinnan seutukunnan asiakkaille. Tässä hankinnassa Savonlinnan seutukunnan alueella sijaitsee seuraavat mukana olevat tahot: - Enonkosken kunta - Itä-Savon Koulutuskuntayhtymä - Savonlinnan kaupunki - Savonlinnasali Oy - Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (paikkakunnat Enonkoski, Sulkava, Rantasalmi sekä Savonlinnan kaupungin taajamat Savonranta ja Punkaharju); Osa-alue sisältää huoltopalvelut Mikkelin ja Varkauden seutukunnan asiakkaille. Tässä hankinnassa Mikkelin ja Varkauden seutukunnan alueella sijaitsee seuraavat mukana olevat tahot: - Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (paikkakunnat Mäntyharju, Puumala, Juva, Kangasniemi sekä Mikkelin kaupungin taajamat Ristiina, Anttola, Haukivuori)
