The Improvement Service, on behalf of the Solace/IS transformation programme are seeking to contract an independent consultant to support phase two of the ‘Realising the Ambitions of Crerar’ project. Specifically to design and deliver support for local authorities to implement the National Framework for Self -Evaluation to be launched in March 2026.
