The Improvement Service, on behalf of the Solace/IS transformation programme are seeking to contract an independent consultant to interview each of the 32 local authority Digital Leads to understand their digital roadmap and future plans for their local authority and to gain a sense of each local authority’s level of maturity against the 8 pillars in the digital to-be state schematic.
