Summary

Machine-generated summary

SBB AG was preparing the MehrSpur Zurich - Winterthur project, which includes the roughly 8.3 km long Bruettenertunnel with two single-track tunnels, 20 cross-connections and an approx. 1 km branch towards the airport, plus upgrades at the Dietlikon, Bassersdorf, Wallisellen and Winterthur Toesse stations. For project section 213 of section 2, Bruettenertunnel, SBB CFF FFS Einkauf Bauprojekte Region Ost awarded a contract for ground works: excavation of topsoil and subsoil, soil storage areas, a gravel base layer, civil engineering works such as utility line construction, road construction and surfacing, and special geotechnical works with sheet piling near tracks. Planned quantities included about 2,000 m2 of sheet piling, 15,000 m2 of road surface and 325,000 m2 of soil stripping. DE_Eberhard Bau AG won the contract for about EUR 18,815,865.23, converted from CHF at the ECB reference rate; the official notice states it in CHF.
