1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usług kurierskich w obrocie krajowym polegających na odbieraniu, przyjmowaniu, przemieszczaniu i doręczaniu przez Wykonawcę przesyłek kurierskich, a w razie niemożności ich doręczenia, ich zwrocie do Jednostek Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany liczby Przesyłek kurierskich i usług dodatkowych poprzez zmniejszenie albo zwiększenie o maksymalnie 25 % liczby tych przesyłek lub usług dodatkowych w ramach każdej kategorii w ramach maksymalnego wynagrodzenia brutto w zakresie Przesyłek kurierskich i usług dodatkowych, w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego wynikających z obowiązków nałożonych na ZUS przepisami prawa, na co Wykonawca wyraża zgodę i nie będzie dochodził roszczeń z tytułu zmian ilościowych i rodzajowych w trakcie realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia.
