1. Przedmiotem rezerwacji, sprzedaży i sukcesywnej dostawy są: 1) bilety lotnicze na zagraniczne przewozy pasażerskie (w tym tzw. low costy) w klasie ekonomicznej lub w przypadku braku takiej możliwości w innej klasie oferowanej przez przewoźnika, 2) bilety kolejowe na zagraniczne przewozy pasażerskie, 3) rezerwacja i zakup miejsc hotelowych za granicą, na potrzeby służbowych wyjazdów pracowników Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Śląskiego, Członków Zarządu oraz radnych Województwa Śląskiego. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia przewiduje się zakup: 1) do 350 sztuk biletów lotniczych na trasach zagranicznych, 2) do 25 sztuk biletów kolejowych na trasach zagranicznych, 3) do 830 zagranicznych miejsc hotelowych. 2. Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia następować będzie sukcesywnie według rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego, z zastrzeżeniem, iż co najmniej 60% zamówienia zostanie zrealizowane. Zamawiającemu przysługuje prawo niezrealizowania pozostałych 40% zamówienia bez podawania przyczyny, a Wykonawca nie będzie wnosił żadnych roszczeń z tego tytułu. Za zgodą Wykonawcy Zamawiający może nie zrealizować więcej niż 40% zamówienia, a Wykonawca nie będzie wnosił żadnych roszczeń z tego tytułu. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się na wniosek Zamawiającego do świadczenia usługi w sposób umożliwiający dostępność wszystkim uczestnikom podróży służbowych, w tym osobom z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez: 1) pośrednictwo w zapewnieniu asysty specjalnej - wsparcie dla pasażerów o specjalnych potrzebach rozumianej jako pomoc na lotnisku i pokładzie samolotu, 2) rezerwacji miejsc hotelowych za granicą z ułatwieniami dla osób z niepełnosprawnością (dostępność architektoniczna) 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (w skrócie: OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 5. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie powyższego zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy znajdują się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 6.
