Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Pełnienie nadzoru nad realizacją Robót oraz zarządzanie Kontraktem pn.: „Rozbudowa drogi krajowej nr 12 na odcinku Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary”. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie zarządzania i kontroli oraz nadzoru nad realizacją umowy na roboty zawartej w wyniku postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego pod nazwą „Rozbudowa drogi krajowej nr 12 na odcinku Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary”. Konsultant będzie pełnić funkcję Inżyniera zgodnie z rolą, jaką przypisano Inżynierowi w Warunkach Kontraktu zatytułowanych „Warunki Kontraktu na budowę dla robót inżynieryjnych i budowlanych projektowanych przez Zamawiającego". Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów, Doradców i Rzeczoznawców SIDiR, 1. wydanie polskie 2019. Tłumaczenie drugiego wydania angielskiego FIDIC 2017 (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) jak również będzie pełnić funkcję inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego zgodnie z przepisami polskiego prawa i postanowieniami odpowiednich pozwoleń na prowadzenie robót, a także wspierać Zamawiającego we wszystkich czynnościach związanych z realizacją Projektu.
