Description

Ziel und Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung pro Los für die folgend angeführten Leis-tungen und Dauer. Konkretisierung in der Angebotsphase Detailliertere Angaben und weitere Konkretisierungen zu den zu er-bringenden Leistungen, Mengengerüst, Abrufmodalitäten sowie technischen Mindestanforderungen werden den Bietern in der zwei-ten Verfahrensstufe (Angebotsphase) zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Leistungsgegenstand ist für - Los 1: Unterstützung bei vertriebs- und serviceorientierten Kampagnen durch Beratung, Tarifumstellungen sowie In-bound- und Outbound-Kundenkontakte. - Los 2: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Rechnungen und Stammdatenänderungen über Telefon und E-Mail inklu-sive Dokumentation und Backoffice-Tätigkeiten. - Los 3: Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kun-denanfragen zu Netzanschlüssen, Photovoltaik und ener-giewirtschaftlichen Themen inklusive Stammdatenpflege und Fallbearbeitung.
