Norway - District heating - Temporary heating of Botsen

Statsbygg, the Norwegian public construction administration, is procuring a temporary heating solution for the Botsen property in Norway. The contract covers a reliable and comprehensive heat production system based on wood pellets, with the supplier taking full responsibility for the energy delivery. The heated building area is approximately 17,000 m2, with an estimated annual energy consumption of around 450,000 kWh, a maximum monthly need of about 90,000 kWh and a peak hourly demand of 150 kW. Water at the connection point must be delivered at a minimum of 55 degrees. The energy may only be used for heating. The current district heating supply from the active prison will be disconnected from 15.02.27.
