Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Procurement Implementation Centre DJI (IUC DJI), on behalf of the Dutch Custodial Institutions Agency (DJI), is seeking a supplier to support the renewal, management and maintenance of the Offender Management System (OMS) used by the prison service and immigration detention in the coming years. DJI wants to implement the OMS renewal based on a proven market solution, a 'Commercial off the Shelf' (COTS) product. The renewal will digitally support processes for admission, transfer, release and stay of inmates across all penitentiary institutions and detention centres of DJI, as well as centrally organised primary processes for the prison service and immigration detention within the Division of Individual Affairs. In 2024 DJI held approximately 37,000 inmates, with about 16,000 staff of whom around 10,000 are potential users of the whole OMS.
