Description

De scope van de aanbesteding bestaat uit het leveren, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van een Rijksbrede BHV-App inclusief bijbehorende modules. In deze Rijksbrede BHV-App staan alle panden van de Deelnemende organisaties. De BHV-App dient onder andere erin te voorzien dat: • BHV’ers die in een dergelijk pand aanwezig zijn, bij binnenkomst automatisch worden geregistreerd en bij verlaten van het pand automatisch worden afgemeld in de BHV-App; • Aanwezigheidsplanning; • BHV-gerelateerde incidenten worden geregistreerd in de Rijksbrede BHV-app; • BHV’ers die in de buurt van gemelde incidenten aanwezig zijn, vanuit de Rijksbrede BHV-app worden opgeroepen om het incident af te handelen; • Terugkoppeling over de afhandeling eveneens via de Rijksbrede BHV-app gaat; • De Rijksbrede BHV-app rapportagemogelijkheden biedt. In bijlage 1 Programma van Eisen zijn alle eisen (functioneel, technisch, financieel etc.) opgenomen waaraan inschrijver dient te voldoen. De totale geraamde waarde (incl. innovatiebudget) is circa € 4.860.000 euro voor de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst. Inschrijver kan hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.
