One contractor will be selected to provide the best fitting technical solution and to realise, implement and manage it, acting as strategic ICT partner during the operational phase. The solution must support staff in the primary process and include a management dashboard with adequate reporting and steering options. The estimated value is 135 million euros including VAT for the full contract term including optional extensions, with a maximum of 200 million euros including VAT, at which point the contract ends.
