Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren van de best passende technische oplossing voor het primaire processysteem van de Raad voor de Kinderbescherming (RvdK) én het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer die deze oplossing realiseert, implementeert en beheert en gedurende de exploitatiefase als strategische ICT-partner optreedt. De geselecteerde oplossing moet medewerkers in het primaire proces optimaal ondersteunen én voorzien in een managementdashboard met adequate rapportage- en sturingsmogelijkheden. De omvang van de aanbesteding is geraamd op € 135 miljoen incl. btw. Dit betreft de waarde voor de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst, inclusief de optionele verlengingen in de operationele fase. De maximale omvang van de overeenkomst is € 200 miljoen (inclusief btw). Deze waarde wordt in de overeenkomst opgenomen als maximum. Dat houdt in dat de overeenkomst eindigt wanneer deze maximale omvang bereikt is.
