Si veda il documento denominato "G01188 - Sintesi del servizio" prelevabile dal profilo del committente www.gse.it sezione Bandi di gara. Si segnala che, atteso che i servizi richiesti nei lotti I e II rientrano nei servizi ad alta intensità di manodopera, trova applicazione la cd. «clausola sociale», secondo quanto stabilito all'art. 57 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023. Pertanto, a tutela del livello occupazionale del personale impiegato, trova applicazione l’accordo siglato l’11 novembre 2025 tra i sindacati delle imprese esercenti i servizi di telecomunicazione e, in particolare, la disciplina speciale per il personale dipendente da aziende di CRM/BPO, indipendentemente dal CCNL dell’appaltatore subentrante, da cui ne deriva che i due appaltatori subentranti, nell'esecuzione dei servizi, dovranno assicurare la continuità occupazionale del personale impiegato dall'appaltatore uscente. I concorrenti si obbligheranno a dichiarare il suddetto impegno in sede di partecipazione alla gara e come condizione di partecipazione alla stessa, pena la non ammissibilità dell’offerta.
