HAC6052 Substance Misuse Redesign

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is recommissioning a borough-wide adult substance misuse treatment system for residents aged 18 and over, known as 'Reset'. The services cover engagement, harm reduction, treatment and recovery, aligned with the Combatting Drugs Partnership Strategy 2024 to 2027. Following a refreshed Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, a system review and engagement events, the council will procure a refreshed model through a competitive procurement exercise, with implementation when existing contracts end in late 2025.
