Machine-generated summary

Yle, the Finnish broadcaster, invites suppliers to a market dialogue ahead of a future call for tenders concerning a solution for media management, archiving, preservation and security. The planned procurement covers a comprehensive solution for long-term preservation of media assets, secure asset management, storage and retrieval, lifecycle and metadata management, seamless integration with existing production and content management systems, and guaranteed data availability, security and compliance. Partially fitting solutions may also be proposed. Suppliers should describe their solution, key features, deployment models (cloud, on-premise, hybrid), scalability, metadata and search capabilities, and provide a short company presentation. Responses must be sent by email by 5 June 2026, and Yle may schedule meetings with selected suppliers.
