Electrical works

The Town of Burgwedel intends to conclude a framework contract for repair and replacement works covering electrical installations in properties it owns or manages. The works are divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers properties in Grossburgwedel, Lot 2 covers the surrounding districts and villages, and Lot 3 covers rented properties and asylum accommodation objects. Contractors will carry out repair and replacement work on electrical systems as required during the framework agreement, on an as-needed call-off basis across the three lots. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, with each lot awarded separately under the framework contract.
